Thank you so much for always answering my questions and continue teaching other math kids so everyone will benefit from your teaching.

I like that you start with a summary of all the essential concepts and formulas of each topic. It consolidates our knowledge and serves as a good refresher for those of us who… weren’t paying too much attention during lectures.

That you teach in a very systematic way – solve problems step-by-step, introducing us to different methods of doing so.

That you treat the class like friends! As a very approachable teacher, we feel very at ease consulting you even if we have questions we find very trivial and silly.

That you give start off each lesson by letting us know what you hope to achieve (eg. Finish going through which questions) so we feel motivated during the lesson.

That you try to include the entire class during the lesson by calling all of us out to present on the board at least once

I LIKE THE SILLY LAST-LESSON QUIZ (:

Hi Mr Ang!!

Just wanna thank you for the past 2 years.  I really enjoyed learning math under you :)

What I appreciated most from your tutorials was really your clarity in explanation. Firstly I think you do math in a more structured manner (follow certain standard steps, always do this first then do that) which I think is very helpful to students. Because you break down the difficult topics into simple, structured steps (you know for more difficult topics like vectors where you list out the possible types of questions, the 3 different things to remember for planes) so our minds are not confused and jumbled up but we have a super clear idea of what steps to follow or what are the important key words to look out for. I think that was really what I enjoyed most from your teaching.

Lastly, you have this habit of repeating some important things/methods/usual errors and remember how I said your voice will ring in my head during exams? I think that this is one other trait of your teaching that you’re good at UNCONSCIOUSLY. So it’s your method of teaching, like repeatedly asking questions, reiterating important things throughout all our tutorials that makes us even more familiar with each topic.

YOUR VOICE ENTERS OUR SUBCONSCIOUSNESS!
